ABOUT
Mama’s is the brainchild of Gaia Bursell who - after much research and taste testing all around the world - decided it was her own recipes that really set the taste buds tingling. After trying her margaritas out on her (very willing!) friends and then the rest of her home town of Brighton & Hove, Gaia saw that everyone agreed with her impeccable taste buds and in 2017, Mama’s was born
Sarah Walker joined forces with Gaia at Mama’s pop-ups in 2018 and found that she too had a passion for bringing these amazing margaritas to people at parties and events. Sarah’s infectious energy behind the bar combined with her event experience, was the perfect addition.
Then Chris Boland joined the ranks - the man who can. Our chief builder and designer of our wonderful mobile cocktail bar, thus enabling us to travel further afield, do bigger events so that everyone can get the opportunity to taste a Mama’s Margarita.

Launching Autumn 2021, Pinky the vintage horse trailer is currently under construction. Please keep an eye on our Instagram page to keep updated with its progress. We are exploding with excitement! Currently taking bookings from July 2021
POP-UPS
Gaia and Sarah offer a bespoke party service. We will come to your venue and set up our cocktail bar with all the bells and whistles. We can do a cash bar, a buyout or tokens to suit your party needs. WARNING!! Guaranteed FUN!
WE OFFER
Pre-Paid Bar
Working to budget, we will deliver an agreed number of margaritas to your guests. Once that amount is done we can revert to a cash bar. Perfect as a welcome drink at a party, wedding or corporate event.
Cash Bar
We can set up our pop up anywhere as an addition to an event you are hosting. We can take cash or card payments at any location.
Tokens
If you wish to provide prepaid tokens for your guests, we can arrange this with you, working to your budget.
FLAVOURS AND INGREDIENTS
We offer a variety of flavours and can discuss options upon enquiry - we highly recommend our Classic Margarita but other options include Raspberry, Strawberry & Jalapeno, Ginger....we use fresh ingredients and the finest 100% agave tequila in each drink.
